Yosemite Moonbow Nights
Moonlight dancing on the lower falls, erupting into a miraculous silver arc! My first moonbow attempt was in 2009. We positioned at the Yosemite Lower Falls platform with about 30 other photographers scattered with room for all. It was magical and wondrous.

Yosemite Winter Wonders
Winter is a transformative season for all the senses. The snow hides the fine contours of the landscape while accentuating the shapes, it brings a soft hush to the land, the air is clean and crisp. One of my favorites times to head into the park, especially after a snowstorm. Enjoy the white-covered world!

Yosemite Seasons 2012
Yosemite National Park draws millions of visitors every year, however most see the park for a short time and experience the season at hand. This page is dedicated to show the park as it unfolds each month and what wonders she reveals. I visited the park each month in 2012 to take a series of five photos so you can experience the changing seasons before your eyes.

Hetch Hetchy Spring Yosemite 2008
"Yosemite is so wonderful that we are apt to regard it as an exceptional creation, the only valley of its kind in the world but Nature is not so poor as to have only one of anything. Several other Yosemite's have been discovered in the Sierra that occupy the same relative positions on the Range and were formed by the same forces in the same kind of granite. One of these, the Hetch Hetchy Valley..." ~ John Muir

North & Lembert Domes Yosemite 2007
As I was being drawn into the wonders of Yosemite, a booked a trip with the Yosemite Association (now Yosemite Conservancy) for a backpack trip to photo Half Dome during a full moon. Here I met John Senser for the first time and we hit off with our friendship still going strong many years later. I followed with another late afternoon trip to capture Lembert Dome under the full moon.
